Do I need an X account?
Yes, you need an X account to analyze and schedule posts with Ritomira. Sign up with your email address or Google, then connect your X account.
How do I connect my X account?
After you sign up, the “Connect a social account” page opens. Click “Connect X” and allow Ritomira access on X. Once connected, you can post, schedule posts and sync your data automatically.
What is CSV upload?
You can upload post data (in CSV format) exported from X Analytics (analytics.x.com). Downloading the CSV requires an X Premium subscription (Premium or Premium+) and is only available on the desktop site. If you have a free X account, your posts are imported through the X API sync that runs automatically when you open Home.
What is the X API sync limit?
It is the number of past posts fetched automatically when you connect your X account: up to 30 on Free (first time only), 100 on Standard, 200 on Pro and 300 on Premium. Importing via CSV upload is unlimited on every plan.
What is the difference between X API sync and CSV upload?
[X API sync] Fetches the full text of your posts, so long posts are never cut off, and post times are exact. The number of past posts you can import depends on your plan. On paid plans, metrics are refreshed by the sync that runs when you open the dashboard (or when the MCP integration reads your numbers), at most once every 24 hours for posts from the last 3 days. On the Free plan, metrics keep the values from the first import. [CSV upload] Imports any number of past posts. Because it is official data provided by X, it is highly reliable, but post text is truncated at a certain length and post times are not included. Metrics reflect the values at the time of export. Combining both keeps your post content and metrics up to date, and Ritomira merges the data correctly whichever you add first. Use whichever you prefer.
Can I use Ritomira in English?
Yes. The app, announcements and AI responses are available in English. English pages are under /en. You can switch the display language at the top right of the Settings page (or at the bottom of the page before you sign in). AI responses follow the language you are viewing.
About features
For an overview of everything Ritomira does, see the features page.
What can I see on the dashboard?
An overview of your post statistics: metrics such as post count, likes, reposts, impressions and engagement rate, along with a comparison to the previous period.
How do I use the time and day analysis?
It shows responses by posting time and day of the week as a heatmap, so you can see at a glance which times get the best response.
How do I schedule a post?
On the compose page, write your post, set the date and time, and click “Schedule”. You can review, edit and delete scheduled posts in the scheduling calendar.
What is the Ritomira AI agent?
An AI assistant that answers questions about your posting while referring to your post data, memos and analysis results. It can search your posts, pull analytics, and create and manage memos. Available on Pro and above.
What are the posting organizer and post organizer?
AI automatically groups your past posts by theme. You can link posts with AI memos to organize them and visualize the path from your ideas to what you post. Available on Pro and above.
What is the post map?
It places your posts on a 2D map. Similar posts appear close together, which helps you spot imbalances in your posting and discover new themes. Available on Pro and above.
What are the limits for media attached to posts?
X is currently the generally available platform. Images can be JPEG, PNG or WebP (up to 5MB each), and videos can be MP4 or MOV (up to 50MB). On X, a post can have up to 4 images or 1 video. Videos can be up to 20 minutes on a free X account and up to 2 hours 5 minutes with X Premium. If the resolution, frame rate or similar settings do not meet the destination's requirements, Ritomira converts the file automatically when you schedule the post. Instagram, Threads and Facebook are planned, and their requirements will be announced when they become generally available. Animated GIFs are not supported yet.
How are the images and videos I schedule handled?
When you schedule a post, Ritomira automatically converts or remakes your images and videos to meet the destination's requirements (file format, resolution, frame rate, audio, etc.) before scheduling it. Remaking a video takes from a few seconds to a few minutes, and the compose screen shows the progress in the meantime. We never make conversions that change the content, such as the length or aspect ratio, so if a file does not meet the requirements, we tell you why before you schedule. Images and videos attached to a scheduled post are not deleted until the post is done. Published images and videos remain on the destination, so Ritomira deletes them 1 day after publishing. Images and videos of a failed post are kept for 30 days, during which you can reschedule the post. See "Retention" in the Privacy Policy for details.
Pricing & billing
For features and limits by plan, see the comparison table on the pricing page.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time in Settings. When you move to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately and the difference for the rest of the billing period is prorated and charged right away. When you move to a lower plan, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period, and the new plan starts from the next period (no refund is given for the difference).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. After canceling, you can keep using the service until the end of your current billing period. After that you move to the Free plan, and your account and data are kept. While you cancel, you may be offered options such as pausing your plan or a discount.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can delete your account yourself under “Delete account” in Settings. This also deletes all data of the social accounts you connected, including posts, analytics, scheduled posts and drafts, and it can’t be undone. If you have a paid plan, it is canceled right away (the remaining period is not refunded). To confirm, you type your X username if X is connected, or the email address you sign in with if it isn’t. To confirm it’s you, we may ask you to sign in again with your email address or Google.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB). Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Troubleshooting
My data is not showing
Check that your X connection or CSV upload has completed. Press the “Sync” button on the dashboard to fetch the latest data, and make sure the period filter is set correctly.
My scheduled posts fail
Check that your X connection hasn’t expired. If you see “Reconnect X”, click it to reconnect your X account.
I cannot connect my X account
Make sure you can log in to your X account. If it still doesn't work, try another browser (Chrome recommended), or clear your cache and cookies and press "Connect X" again.
The AI agent says “Usage limit reached”
The AI agent has usage limits. This message appears when you reach the daily limit (Pro: 100K tokens/day, Premium: 300K tokens/day) or the monthly limit. The limit resets at midnight JST the next day.
I cannot log in
You log in to Ritomira with your email address or Google (signing in with X has ended). Make sure you are using the email address or Google account you registered. With an email address, you sign in by entering the verification code sent by email (passwords are not used). If the verification code email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder. If you still can’t sign in, please contact us.
Can I use two-step authentication or sign out other devices?
Yes. Set up an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator) under "Two-step authentication" in Settings, and you will also enter a code from the app every time you log in. This is available when you have registered an email address or Google as a sign-in method. Under "Signed-in browsers", you can see the browsers signed in to Ritomira and use "Sign out all other browsers" to sign out everywhere except the browser you are using. Use this if you notice a sign-in you don't recognize.
I want to use a different X account
One Ritomira account can hold several social accounts, and you can switch between them. Open the account switcher at the top right and choose one under “Your accounts”: you stay on the same screen and see that account’s data. If you are a team member, your team’s X accounts are in the same switcher. To combine several X accounts into one Ritomira account, please contact us. To use another X account as a separate Ritomira account, sign up again and connect it: 1. Log out of Ritomira 2. Go to x.com in your browser and log in to the account you want to use 3. On the Ritomira login page, sign up with a different email address or Google account 4. Click “Connect X” to connect it ⚠ Ritomira connects the X account you are logged in to on x.com. Be sure to switch accounts on x.com first. Each X account can be connected to only one Ritomira account.
